Account Executive, Executive Search Services - Candidate Experience

This fully remote role supports high-tempo search delivery by coordinating stakeholders, protecting candidate experience, and keeping workflows predictable across multiple concurrent assignments within South Africa. Key Responsibilities Map target accounts and create multi-threaded stakeholder engagement plans Build a qualified pipeline through targeted outreach, referrals, and account planning Run discovery calls to understand hiring needs, decision criteria, and timelines Develop proposals and pricing recommendations aligned to client goals and risk profile Maintain accurate activity, forecasting, and notes in CRM to support planning and reporting Requirements Proven B2B sales or account management experience, ideally services-led or solution sales Ability to run structured discovery, qualify opportunities, and build clear proposals reputed company hygiene and forecasting discipline Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional services environment High attention to detail, with consistent follow-through on deadlines and stakeholder expectations Comfort working with confidential information and applying sound judgement Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with disciplined time management Benefits Salary range 520,000 - 750,000 Remote work arrangement (South Africa) Opportunities for professional growth Flat management structure with direct access to decision-makers.
