Our recent success demonstrates that our value proposition resonates in a segment more and more seeking a holistic, preventive and modernized offer.<br><br>In 2026, we aim at further accelerating with a clear focus on (i) consolidating our positioning within the local Public sector, (ii) winning new segments such as Health & Care and (iii) securing one of the 10 largest Public sector opportunities in Belgium.<br><br>To achieve this ambition, we're looking to strengthen our commercial team.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h1><strong>π΅οΈ Your mission</strong></h1><p style="min-height:1.5em">Your main missions will be:</p><ol style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Owning the sales cycle from beginning to end</strong></p></li></ol><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Identify strategic targets in the Public sector and prospect when needed</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prepare for and meet with prospects ahead of RfPs (calls for tenders)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Respond to relevant RfPs - there is an important written and project management part</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Prepare for and participate in oral presentations</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Post-win, oversee Alan's deployment in collaborations with Key Account Manager and ensure admins and members high satisfaction</p></li></ul><ol style="min-height:1.5em" start="2"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Continuous improvement</strong></p></li></ol><ul style="min-height:1.5em">Provide market insights and competitive intelligence to inform Alan's public sector strategy, consolidating RfP debriefs, client expectations, and competitive differentiators</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborate with Product and Ops teams to ensure Alan's offerings remain competitive and tailored to Public accounts</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Share information, debriefs, and lessons learned with the Public Sector team to drive collective improvement</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">CRM: contribute to building the appropriate set-up in Salesforce to track sales activity of public segment and ensure proper hygiene for the entire team</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>The Alan (e.g., from paper-based to digital-first, from insurance as a commodity to health enabler) is key to win in Public.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Exceptional interpersonal skills: ability to build and maintain trust in a relationship-driven sector</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Willingness to spend time on-the-ground: face-to-face onsite interactions are highly valued by Public sector institutions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong desire to understand the Belgian public sector structure, procurement processes, and key stakeholders</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Entrepreneurial spirit and comfort with ambiguity in a fast-paced and intense environment</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively across various crews and communities</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Full working proficiency in Dutch (C2 and above) including in formal context and advanced level in
