We’re looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our fast-paced airport operations. If you thrive in a multi-unit environment and enjoy supporting HR, payroll, and daily operations, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.

What You’ll Do:
  • Manage airport badging and compliance for team members
  • Support onboarding and orientation using Paycom and Oracle
  • Assist HR with leave of absence tracking and employee relations support
  • Maintain and correct employee time records for payroll accuracy
  • Upload and track invoices for approval
  • Support money room operations, vouchers, and documentation
  • Maintain uniforms and operational signage across locations

What We’re Looking For:

  • Administrative experience required (multi-unit experience preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with Paycom or Oracle is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
