We’re looking for a highly organized Administrative Assistant to support our fast-paced airport operations. If you thrive in a multi-unit environment and enjoy supporting HR, payroll, and daily operations, this is a great opportunity to grow with us.
What You’ll Do:

Manage airport badging and compliance for team members

Support onboarding and orientation using Paycom and Oracle
-
Assist HR with leave of absence tracking and employee relations support
-
Maintain and correct employee time records for payroll accuracy
-
Upload and track invoices for approval
-
Support money room operations, vouchers, and documentation
-
Maintain uniforms and operational signage across locations
What We’re Looking For:

Administrative experience required (multi-unit experience preferred)

Strong attention to detail and organization
-
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Experience with Paycom or Oracle is a plus
-
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
