Position Overview

Miami Skin Spa is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our high-end, fast-growing practice. This role requires strong, well-rounded experience in injectables, advanced lasers, and aesthetic consultations, with involvement in wellness services including medical weight loss, IV therapy, and hormone optimization.

This position is ideal for a confident provider who delivers consistent results, builds strong patient relationships, and thrives in a modern medspa.

Core Responsibilities

  • Perform injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and biostimulators
  • Perform advanced laser and energy-based treatments
  • Conduct consultations and create customized treatment plans
  • Safely treat all Fitzpatrick skin types
  • Execute combination protocols for optimal outcomes
  • Provide clear pre- and post-care education
  • Educate and support patients in wellness services, including: Medical weight loss, IV therapy, Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT)
  • Maintain accurate EMR documentation and before/after photography
  • Contribute to a polished, high-end patient experience
  • Participate in educational or before/after content as appropriate

Required Experience & Qualifications

  • NP or PA licensed in Florida
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in injectables and lasers
  • Proficiency in: Neurotoxins (Botox, Dysport, Xeomin), Dermal fillers, Sculptra
  • Experience with devices including: Morpheus8, IPL, Laser Hair Removal, Laser Genesis, Pico Tattoo Removal, Emsculpt NEO, TruSculpt, HydraFacial
  • Strong understanding of facial anatomy, laser physics, and skin typing
  • Confident selecting parameters and treatment plans independently
  • Excellent communication and patient relationship skills
  • Organized, professional, and detail-oriented
  • Portfolio or professional Instagram showcasing real patient results

Compensation & Benefits

  • $45–$55/hour (based on experience)
  • Performance bonuses + retail commission
  • Full-time (32–40 hours/week)
  • Working Days: Mon 9-6, Tue 9-7, Wed 9-7, Fri 9-5 (One Saturday a month 9-1)
