About the Role

Greate Consultant is guiding candidates through the Amazon Flex independent delivery partner program — one of the most genuinely flexible earning opportunities available for people with a car, a smartphone, and a valid driver's license. Amazon Flex drivers pick up blocks of delivery shifts through the Flex app, load their own vehicle with packages from the delivery station, and complete last-mile deliveries on their own schedule. Pay is $18 – $25 per hour for completed delivery blocks, and you choose which blocks to accept based on your availability — no boss, no fixed schedule, and no minimum hour requirement.

What You Will Do

  • Reserve available delivery blocks through the Amazon Flex app based on your desired schedule and location
  • Arrive at the assigned Amazon delivery station at your block start time, sign in, and receive your package assignment
  • Load your personal vehicle with the packages assigned to your delivery block, organizing them for efficient route completion
  • Use the Amazon Flex navigation app to complete each delivery stop in the most efficient sequence
  • Deliver packages to customers' doors, mailrooms, parcel lockers, or designated safe drop locations per delivery instructions
  • Photograph each delivery at the drop location using the Flex app to confirm successful completion
  • Handle customer delivery interactions professionally and report any access issues, damaged packages, or undeliverable stops through the app
  • Return undeliverable packages to the delivery station at the end of your block and complete the return scan process

What You Need

  • Valid US driver's license in good standing — no commercial license required
  • A personal vehicle in good working condition — sedan, SUV, minivan, or pickup truck accepted
  • Active auto insurance meeting your state's minimum liability requirements
  • An Android or iPhone compatible with the Amazon Flex app
  • Physical ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs and walk extended distances between delivery stops
  • Must be 21 or older to participate in the Amazon Flex program

Nice to Have

  • Previous delivery driving experience with Amazon, UPS, DoorDash, or similar services
  • Familiarity with your local area and navigation apps
  • A larger vehicle (SUV, cargo van) for higher-package-count delivery blocks
