You will serve as a senior legal advisor to executive leaders, project directors, and third-party customers and vendors, bringing deep expertise in complex contracting, risk management, and deal execution.</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">About the role</span></strong><span style="font-size:10.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif"><br>In this highly autonomous role, you will provide senior-level legal counsel and hands-on contract support for complex commercial transactions and strategic projects across all Orbia business groups and regions.</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">As a strategic legal advisor, you will lead the drafting and negotiation of sophisticated agreements (sales, procurement, services, intellectual property, and technology), including engineering, construction, and large capital projects (CAPEX).</span></p> <p style="margin:0.0cm 0.0cm 8.0pt;line-height:115%;font-size:12.0pt;font-family:Aptos, sans-serif"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;line-height:115%;font-family:'Times New Roman', serif">Experience with transactions involving U.S. government funding—particularly U.S. Department of Energy matters—is strongly preferred.
