What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Collaborate with business and digital team members to understand and guide business requirements utilizing the ERP system
  • Design and implement solutions leveraging SAP S/4HANA for enhanced Source to Pay processes
  • Support the creation and execution of test scenarios and documentation of common solutions
  • Mentor less experienced team members in the Source to Pay business process hierarchy
  • Assist in data mapping activities and ensure successful migration to new ERP systems
What Is Required (Qualifications)
  • University Degree with a minimum of 12 years relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 10 years experience, or 16 years of relevant experience without a degree
  • Strong knowledge of Source to Pay business processes, including procurement and accounts payable
  • Hands-on experience with SAP systems, including configuration, data management, and reporting
  • Experience leading and communicating with project developers and analysts
  • Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with large, complex aerospace and defense enterprise projects
  • Familiarity with agile frameworks and iterative approaches to software development
  • Previous experience working with SAP Fieldglass and SAP Ariba
