About Us:

MONSON LAW OFFICE P.C is a regional creditor’s rights law firm headquartered in Beaverton, Oregon serving clients in state and federal court, including federal bankruptcy court, throughout Oregon and Washington. The firm has clients nationwide but primarily services clients headquartered in the Northwest. The firm’s focus is consumer and commercial secured transactions and lease and contract litigation and defense.

The Position:

We are seeking a one to five-year attorney to join our brilliant legal team in Beaverton, Oregon who wants to grow with the firm. The position is full-time in office work. You will be part of our civil litigation team working on all aspects of legal representation from providing legal counsel to our clients to preparing motions, pleadings, discovery, and conducting mediation, arbitration, and trials. You will be licensed in Oregon and Washington in both state and federal court and work on appeals as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

-Finalize motions, pleadings, and discovery

-Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, depositions, trial, and appeals

-Interface directly with clients

-Provide expert legal advice to clients

Required Skills & Qualifications:

-Pleasant personality

-Understanding of Oregon and Washington debtor-creditor law

-Ability to be licensed in Oregon and Washington

-Superior written and verbal communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
