This entry-level role is ideal for someone who wants to make a positive difference in the lives of residents. No prior experience is required, and full training and support are provided.Key Responsibilities
- Comfortable working with residents who smoke and able to handle smoke exposure.
- Provide supervision and companionship to residents outdoors.
- Foster a calm, supportive environment for residents.
- Observe and report behavioral concerns to nursing staff.
- Offer friendly conversation and emotional reassurance.
- Remain attentive and comfortable during extended outdoor periods.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Warm, dependable, and compassionate personality.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others.
- Comfortable working outdoors for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
