<p>ThirdChannel is building the flexible workforce of tomorrow by helping retail brands deploy high-performing brand advocates directly into the marketplace. Our technology-driven platform enables brands to drive in-store execution, increase sales, and elevate brand presence through real human interactions.</p> <p>We are seeking a <strong>Brand Activation Manager</strong> to lead and optimize a team of brand representatives across multiple markets. In this role, you will be responsible for driving field execution, coaching performance, and ensuring brand initiatives are successfully activated at the store level. You will build strong relationships with your team while holding a high bar for performance, accountability, and results.</p> <p>Working closely with Account Managers and brand partners, you will translate business objectives into clear field priorities, motivate your team to deliver, and provide actionable insights that drive continuous improvement. Success in this role means consistently delivering high-quality execution, improving rep retention, and contributing to measurable brand impact in-store.</p><p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p> <ul><li>Develop and retain a team of remote ThirdChannel Brand Reps for multiple premium brands<ul><li>You will be responsible for coaching our Community Leaders who routinely engage with and influence our brand representatives</li></ul></li><li>Align with the account management and recruiting teams on weekly objectives to promote the success of our customers’ visions<ul><li>Provide direct feedback to brand reps to align with our set targets for work quality, completion, authenticity, and more</li></ul></li><li>Distill brand-provided media so our content team can create certifications for brand reps to prove their knowledge of the latest product launches, merchandising standards, etc. <ul><li>Maintain an organized portfolio of informational documents required by brand reps and customer leadership</li></ul></li><li>Review weekly Community Leader recaps and surface valuable insights to the account management team</li><li>Participate in routinely scheduled customer calls, listening for upsell opportunities and taking away customer expectations for future success</li><li>Work with the product team to improve both our internal and external facing tools to promote a more efficient working environment and customer experience</li><li>Assist the support team with any brand reps whose technical challenges require a business-related solution</li><li>Have an open mind to learning new technologies and working philosophies<ul><li>To stay competitive we are constantly looking for new tools and processes to increase our efficiency</li></ul></li></ul> <p></p> <p><strong>SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS</strong></p> <ul><li>2-5 years of relevant work experience <ul><li>Plus if you have experience at a company with a software offering, have worked in a customer success team, or have a retail background</li><li>We place a large emphasis on career growth, so feel free to talk with our recruiting team about how this role can be a step on your career journey</li></ul></li><li>We value concise and clear communication skills</li><li>Comfortable adapting to changing priorities and managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. <ul><li>Our leadership teams are consistently available to help with prioritization</li></ul></li><li>Ability to work independently while providing timely deliverables</li><li>Familiarity or interest in learning how to use a customer support platform (ex: ZenDesk, Hubspot)</li><li>Proficient with Excel and PowerPoint or the desire to learn</li></ul> <p></p> <p><strong>REPORTING STRUCTURE</strong></p> <ul><li>Reports to the Director of Customer Success as part of the Customer Success Team<ul><li>Collaborative role so you will connect with most people in our organization</li></ul></li></ul> <p><strong>BENEFITS</strong></p> <ul><li>Competitive salary ($62-70K)</li><li>Comprehensive health, dental, short term disability, and vision insurance</li><li>401(k) retirement plan with company match</li><li>Remote working opportunity with an optional office space in Boston </li><li>Professional development opportunities and continuous learning programs</li><li>Creative and inclusive work environment that values innovation and collaboration</li></ul>
