Position: Branding & Marketing Manager

Employment Type:
Full-Time / Part-Time / Revenue Sharing Basis (for experienced professionals)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute branding, marketing, and promotional strategies for LifeCare Polyclinic and associated healthcare services.
• Manage social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, and online reputation.
• Create and oversee content for advertisements, brochures, posters, videos, and patient awareness campaigns.
• Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and management for specialty-specific promotions.
• Build relationships with local communities, corporates, RWAs, schools, and institutions for healthcare outreach programs.
• Organize health camps, awareness drives, seminars, and promotional events.
• Monitor marketing performance and generate periodic reports on patient acquisition and brand growth.
• Manage vendor relationships for printing, advertising, digital marketing, and branding activities.
• Develop innovative strategies to increase patient footfall and enhance brand visibility.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Marketing, Branding, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Experience in healthcare, hospital, clinic, wellness, or service industry marketing preferred.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and brand development.
• Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve growth targets.
