font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate routine medical care needs for assigned injured workers under established protocols</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Facilitate communication between injured workers, providers, employers, and adjusters for straightforward cases</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Collect and document clinical information from healthcare providers and claimants</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Schedule and coordinate medical appointments, diagnostics, and ancillary services</span></li><li><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
