Dump Truck Driver - Class B CDL
We are looking for dedicated dump truck drivers to join our team. This is a full time hourly rate position, typical work week is Monday thru Friday 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM. Occasional Saturdays required, shift times vary day to day based on project needs. Home base is located in Waldorf, MD. Trucks leave and return to our yard each work day.

Requirements:

• Valid Class B Commercial Drivers License
• Valid DOT Physical (Must be submitted w/application)
• Pass Drug Test (Self Pay, Company will reimburse after 6 months of consecutive employment)
• Clean driving record (Submit current record (obtained within the last 2 weeks) with application)
• Must be 21 or older
• Must be able to understand work directions and communicate effectively with job site supervisors and fellow employees

Responsibilities

• Transport construction materials to and from various projects in the Tri-County area
• Document and log materials delivered to each project, as well as down time
• Clean body after each load
• Maintain clean and organized vehicle
• Comply with truck driving state and federal rules and regulations, as well as with company policies and procedures
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
• Collect and verify delivery instructions
• Report defects, accidents or violations
• Wear safety equipment (Vest, Hard Hat, Safety Glasses when applicable) while on jobsite
• Work closely with heavy equipment
