About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Aspire Senior Living Oak Grove, you will provide exceptional care and support to our residents, promoting their physical, emotional, and social well-being.Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including personal care, feeding, and mobility assistance
- Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to the nursing staff
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident care
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Missouri
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in a skilled nursing, senior living or related field preferred
