Colour Matcher

Painters Supply and Equipment is seeking a Color Matcher to support our Manufacturing & Production team. This role is responsible for accurately matching automotive and industrial coatings to customer specifications using color tools, formulas, and tinting systems. You will mix and adjust paint, maintain color libraries, and document formulas for repeatability and quality control.

Working in a collaborative, customer-focused culture, you’ll troubleshoot color issues, support production schedules, uphold safety and 5S standards, and partner with sales and technical teams to deliver innovative coatings solutions.
