In this hybrid creative-operational role, you’ll own everything from podcast guest coordination to YouTube channel growth, content repurposing, and performance optimization.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">This position is ideal for a digital storyteller who knows how to translate complex topics into media that performs—whether through interviews, video content, or cross-platform social distribution.</p><h3><strong>What You’ll Do</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead podcast production end-to-end: outreach, scheduling, recording coordination, and follow-ups</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Drive YouTube growth through a channel-first strategy focused on discoverability, watch time, and subscriber retention</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Oversee post-production workflows with editors and designers to ensure high-quality, on-brand content</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Manage a repurposing strategy across social platforms (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram), for both organic and paid channels</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Create compelling visual assets and promotional content aligned to platform trends and brand standards</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Write and distribute newsletters that enhance user engagement and product education</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Maintain and optimize content on WordPress for long-tail SEO performance</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Monitor video/podcast metrics and adjust strategy based on performance (CTR, retention, audience growth)</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Foster community engagement by interacting with audiences across platforms</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Use HubSpot for audience management, automation, and performance tracking</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Develop tutorials, onboarding videos, and educational content to support the customer lifecycle</p></li></ul><h3><strong>What You Bring</strong></h3><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Proven experience in content marketing, podcast production, or social-led video strategy</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong track record growing YouTube channels and social audiences through data-backed experimentation</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Ability to manage multiple projects, workflows, and stakeholders remotely</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Skilled with tools like Adobe Suite, Canva, HubSpot, WordPress, and podcast hosting platforms</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Working knowledge of SEO, video analytics, and content distribution best practices</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong communicator with a creative, performance-driven mindset</p></li></ul><h3><strong>Work Hours</strong></h3><p style="min-height:1.5em">Must be available during core U.S. Eastern Time hours.
