<p>Contract Logistics Site Manager</p><p>Groveport, OH</p><p>As a Contract Logistics Site Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of an operational site including warehousing, customer service + administration to achieve all agreed financial + operational objectives by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders.</p><p><br></p><p><br>How you create impac</p><p>tYour scope may include distribution activities depending on the location. The activities needed to deliver these objectives include</p><p>:• To achieve your key performance indicators (KPI) in the areas of safety, cost, quality, delivery, environment + people</p><p>.• To oversee the safe operation of warehousing activities, ensuring the correct skills + training is in place</p><p>.• To ensure all operational activities are compliant with external + internal requirements/standards</p><p>.• To lead all office + warehouse activities at the site while understanding + inspiring others to learn + develop</p><p>.• To drive all activities relating to customer on-boarding, retention + operational excellence</p><p>.• To drive a culture of continuous improvement, developing new initiatives for operational, service + sustainable solutions</p><p>.• To contribute information required for tenders/proposals to support closing of new business</p><p>.• To ensure that everyone involved in distribution activities delivers the right transport solutions</p><p><br></p><p>.<br>What we would like you to bri</p><p>ng• Proven experience managing multi-customer warehouse environments with strong operational oversig</p><p>ht• Solid leadership skills with the ability to motivate, develop, and coach large, diverse tea</p><p>ms• Strong analytical capability to improve productivity, cost, space utilization, and process efficien</p><p>cy• Experience in customer engagement, QBRs, and managing service level expectations in a dynamic environme</p><p>nt• Confidence in driving continuous improvement, safety culture, and digitalization initiativ</p><p><br></p>es
