Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement innovative lesson plans that meet state educational standards

Provide hands-on training and practical demonstrations in various cosmetology techniques

Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to promote growth

Maintain an engaging classroom atmosphere while ensuring adherence to safety and regulatory standards

Participate in faculty meetings and faculty development workshops

Proven experience in the cosmetology industry

Previous teaching experience is a plus
