We are looking for a highly driven Creator Manager to lead creator growth, creator partnerships, onboarding, and creator operations across India.

Role Overview

As a Creator Manager, you will be responsible for scaling and managing AdxReel’s creator ecosystem nationwide.

This role requires someone who understands the creator economy deeply — including influencer collaborations, talent management, campaign execution, creator retention, CPM/RPM models, and brand expectations.

You will work directly with creators, agencies, talent managers, and internal teams to ensure successful onboarding, engagement, and long-term creator growth on the platform.

Mandatory Requirement

You must meet at least one of the following:
  • Active creator/influencer with 100K+ followers , OR
  • Strong hands-on experience managing macro creators, influencer campaigns, or creator partnerships
Key ResponsibilitiesCreator Acquisition & Partnerships
  • Identify, approach, and onboard creators across categories
  • Personally close and manage macro creators (100K+ followers)
  • Build long-term relationships with creators, agencies, and talent managers
  • Expand AdxReel’s creator network across India
Creator Operations
  • Lead and manage a 5-member creator operations team
  • Handle creator onboarding, activation, and retention workflows
  • Ensure creators understand platform features, monetization, and campaign opportunities
  • Coordinate creator support and issue resolution
Campaign & Execution
  • Coordinate creator campaigns and deliverables
  • Work closely with brand and operations teams
  • Ensure campaign timelines and content commitments are fulfilled
  • Track creator performance and engagement metrics
Community & Ecosystem Growth
  • Represent AdxReel at creator meetups, events, and industry networking opportunities
  • Build relationships within the creator ecosystem
  • Help shape creator programs, incentives, and engagement strategies
Required Skills & Experience
  • Strong understanding of the Indian creator ecosystem
  • Experience with influencer marketing and creator partnerships
  • Understanding of CPM, RPM, creator monetization, and brand collaborations
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong leadership and people management abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Ability to handle creator relationships professionally
  • Hindi and English fluency required
  • Regional language communication is a plus
Preferred Background
  • Experience in creator management agencies, influencer marketing firms, talent management, media, or creator-led startups
  • Existing creator or agency network
  • Experience handling creator campaigns at scale
  • Strong social media and creator industry awareness
