We have a TGA-registered product. We’re delivering measurable outcomes for thousands of patients. And we’re still early.</p><p></p><p><strong>The role</strong></p><p>We’re hiring a Data Analyst to build and own the dashboards and reporting that help us understand and improve our programs.</p><p>You’ll work across product, operations, and customer teams, translating data into something people can actually use.</p><ul><li><p>Build dashboards showing program performance, patient engagement, and clinical outcomes</p></li><li><p>Create customer-facing reporting that clearly demonstrates value</p></li><li><p>Support internal teams with operational insights and performance tracking</p></li><li><p>Analyse cohorts and identify opportunities to improve program outcomes</p></li><li><p>Work with engineering to improve data quality and structure</p></li><li><p>Automate reporting to reduce manual effort and increase consistency</p></li></ul><p>This isn’t just reporting. You’ll shape how decisions get made.</p><p></p><p><strong>What success looks like</strong></p><ul><li><p>Teams rely on your dashboards to run the business</p></li><li><p>Customer conversations are backed by clear, credible data</p></li><li><p>Reporting is consistent, accurate, and scalable</p></li><li><p>You identify issues and opportunities before they become obvious</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></p><p>You don’t need to be senior, but you do need to take ownership.</p><ul><li><p>3 - 5 years’ experience in data analysis or BI</p></li><li><p>Strong SQL skills and experience with a BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, or similar)</p></li><li><p>Comfortable building dashboards from scratch</p></li><li><p>Able to explain data clearly to non-technical stakeholders</p></li><li><p>Proactive and self-directed, you don’t wait to be told what to do</p></li><li><p>Comfortable working in a startup where things evolve</p></li></ul><p>Nice to have:</p><ul><li><p>Experience with healthcare or clinical data</p></li><li><p>Python or R</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with cohort analysis and engagement metrics</p></li><li><p>Experience with cloud data environments</p></li></ul><p></p><p><strong>How we work</strong></p><p>Cardihab is small enough that your work matters immediately.</p><p>The team is distributed across Sydney, Brisbane, Tasmania, and the Philippines.
