With a global team of over 4,000 highly skilled developers, consultants, analysts and product owners, we engineer technology that redefines industries and shapes the way people live.</p><p><strong>About the role:</strong></p><p>As a Delivery Coordinator, become a part of a cross-functional development team engineering experiences of tomorrow. In this role, you will take ownership of day-to-day delivery management across three cross-functional teams, freeing up business managers to focus on strategic goals. You will be the heartbeat of the delivery process—running sprint, build, and release flows while acting as a change agent to refine and embed new ways of working. This role is perfect for a delivery professional who excels at spotting bottlenecks, improving flow through data, and coaching teams to overcome resistance to process changes.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Delivery Management: Take full ownership of the sprint, build, and release cycles across three teams, ensuring consistency and alignment between development and deployment</li><li>Process Embedding: Refine and champion new delivery processes; act as a coach for team members new to Agile and proactively manage internal resistance by demonstrating the value of improved workflows</li><li>Reporting & Analytics: Design and maintain delivery dashboards to track key performance indicators such as velocity, cycle time, and throughput</li><li>Bottleneck Identification: Proactively monitor the delivery pipeline to spot where work is getting stuck, providing data-driven recommendations to clear blockers</li><li>Ceremony Facilitation: Run all Agile ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) for multiple teams, ensuring they are productive and action-oriented</li><li>Release Coordination: Collaborate with technical leads and stakeholders to coordinate release activities, ensuring a smooth transition from "build" to "live"</li><li>Risk & Issue Management: Maintain and update risk logs, ensuring that potential delivery threats are escalated to delivery leaders before they impact timelines</li><li>Documentation & Governance: Maintain accurate delivery, staffing, and project data in internal systems (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) to ensure full transparency for the client and management</li><li>Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current build/release flows and lead initiatives to optimize team speed and quality</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>3+ years of experience in a Delivery Coordinator, Scrum Master, or Project Coordination role within the IT industry</li><li>Proven track record of managing delivery for multiple teams simultaneously</li><li>Experience in "process turnarounds"—helping teams adopt new workflows or improving delivery after a previous failed attempt</li><li>Strong experience in build and release flow coordination</li><li>Advanced Agile Proficiency: Deep understanding of Scrum and Kanban frameworks, with the ability to explain "the why" behind the process to skeptics</li><li>JIRA/Confluence Expert: Ability to create custom boards, advanced filters, and reporting gadgets to visualize delivery health</li><li>Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret Agile metrics to find bottlenecks (e.g., aging items, blocked time)</li><li>Soft Skills: High emotional intelligence and the ability to influence without authority; comfortable managing resistance and facilitating difficult conversations</li><li>SDLC Awareness: Clear understanding of the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to production support</li><li>English: Upper-Intermediate/Advanced (B2+/C1) for effective communication with global stakeholders</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering, or a related field</li><li>Relevant certifications are a plus (e.g., CSM, PSM, ICAgile, or Kanban Management Professional)</li></ul><p><strong>What`s in it for you?</strong></p><ul><li>Strong community: Work alongside top professionals in a friendly, open-door environment</li><li>Growth focus: Take on large-scale projects with a global impact and expand your expertise</li><li>Tailored learning: Boost your skills with internal events (meetups, conferences, workshops), Udemy access, language courses, and company-paid certifications</li><li>Endless opportunities: Explore diverse domains through internal mobility, finding the best fit to gain hands-on experience with cutting-edge technologies</li><li>Flexibility: Enjoy flexibility – full remote working possibilities</li><li>Care: We’ve got you covered with company-paid medical insurance, mental health support, and financial & legal consultations</li></ul><p><strong>About us:</strong></p><p>At Ciklum, we are always exploring innovations, empowering each other to achieve more, and engineering solutions that matter.
