Delivery Driver/Customer Service

Overview
We are seeking full time 2-3 dedicated and reliable Delivery Drivers and sale associates to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and efficient delivery of balloons to our customers and help store sales, merchandise display etc. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail. As a Delivery Driver or store helpers, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our reputation for quality service. Please bring your resume and come to our store to interview during 10am-6 pm daily. No appointment necessary. In addition, we need 40-50 people to blow new year balloons either in store or on site for a few days. If you or your friend know how to blow balloons, will hire immediately. Otherwise, training is available.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a minivan to transport balloons to designated locations.
• Load and unload balloons, ensuring that items are handled with care to prevent damage.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules for timely deliveries while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during deliveries.
• Help to blow balloons, store merchandise pricing, display, sales, and floor cleaning etc.

Experience

• Previous experience as a Delivery Driver or retail store associates or in a similar role is preferred.
• Any retail store experience or know to blow balloons will help.
• A valid regular driver's license with a clean driving record is required for the drivers.
• Experience using route navigation tools or apps for efficient delivery planning is beneficial. Join us in delivering exceptional service while ensuring the safe transport of our balloons!
