This role will own recruiting strategy and execution, build and support a growing recruiting team, and strengthen the processes and tools that enable efficient, high-quality hiring across the company.  This is a player–coach role for someone who enjoys being close to the work while also shaping how recruiting operates as the company scales.</span><br><br><b><strong
