District Sales Manager - CAD

<p style="margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;">HWI has a fantastic opportunity to join our Sales Team as a District Sales Manager – CAD. </p> <p style="margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;"><b>Summary</b></p> <p style="margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;">The District Sales Manager organizes and completes customer site visits. Sells against a set sales plan.<span> </span>Prepares sale quotations.<span>  </span>Obtains sales orders and devises best way for filling order (i.e. plant or service center). Coordinates turnkey jobs to best fit customer needs.<span>  </span>Directly manages the efforts of one to four (1 -4) sales representatives to achieve sales plans. This includes conducting performance reviews, goal setting, coaching, and mentoring so they can achieve the goals of the company.</p> <p style="margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;"><br></p> <p style="margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;"><b>Responsibilities</b></p> <ul> <li>Managing sales representatives (Goal setting, performance reviews, coaching, etc.)</li> <li>Visiting customer sites.</li> <li>Following up on activities with customers and sales representatives.</li> <li>Providing technical assistance.</li> <li>Preparing sales quotations.</li> <li>Obtaining acceptable promise dates.</li> </ul> <div> <br> </div> <ul> </ul> <p style="margin-left:0in;margin-right:0in;"><b>Requirements</b></p> <ul> <li>Requires 5-10 years experience in sales, application engineering, product management, or marketing</li> <li>Requires B.S.
