This role combines hands-on technical expertise with engineering leadership, mentoring a team of engineers, driving technical strategy, and ensuring delivery of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable applications.You will guide the team in designing and building responsive, data-rich interfaces, while collaborating closely with product, design, data, and backend teams to provide actionable insights to users.Role Responsibilities:<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Lead and manage a team of engineers.</li><li>Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of the control panel platform, including dashboards, reporting tools, and metrics visualization.</li><li>Ensure consistent frontend architecture, reusable component libraries, and maintainable design systems across all applications.</li><li>Collaborate with product managers, designers, and data teams to translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences.</li><li>Drive integration with backend APIs, data pipelines, analytics systems, and cost/budget management tools.</li><li>Contribute hands-on to frontend and full stack development for critical platform features.</li><li>Lead performance optimization efforts for large datasets, interactive charts, and real-time dashboard updates.</li><li>Establish and enforce best practices for state management, code quality, testing, and CI/CD processes.</li><li>Facilitate problem-solving for production issues, ensuring reliability, security, and high performance of the platform.</li><li>Promote a culture of ownership, technical excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team.</li><li>Participate in technology and architecture decisions, advocating for scalable and maintainable solutions.</li></ul>Key Requirements:<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Proven experience leading an engineering team, preferably in frontend or full stack web application development.</li><li>Strong expertise in React, JavaScript, and modern frontend frameworks.</li><li>Solid understanding of backend systems, REST/GraphQL APIs, databases, and full stack development practices.</li><li>Experience building data-intensive applications, dashboards, and reporting platforms.</li><li>Familiarity with charting libraries, interactive visualizations, and real-time data updates.</li><li>Strong knowledge of responsive, accessible, and high-performance frontend development.</li><li>Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and agile software delivery practices.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and decision-making skills.</li><li>Exceptional collaboration, communication, and team leadership abilities.</li></ul>Preferred Experience:<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Experience building large-scale dashboards or control panels for B2B, enterprise products.</li><li>Expertise in TypeScript, server-side rendering, and frontend performance optimization for large datasets.</li><li>Familiarity with component libraries, design systems, and complex state management.</li><li>Experience with cloud-hosted platforms, distributed systems, and scalable backend architectures.</li><li>Contributing to developer tooling, internal frameworks, or frontend platform initiatives.</li><li>Experience scaling engineering teams and processes in fast-growing organizations.</li></ul>Personal Characteristics:<ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li>Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality, intuitive user experiences.</li><li>Pragmatic problem solver who balances technical excellence with delivery speed.</li><li>Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across product, design, data, and engineering teams.</li><li>Strong ownership mentality, accountable for both team outcomes and product delivery.</li><li>Curious and learning-oriented, passionate about modern web technologies and engineering best practices.</li><li>Calm and methodical when troubleshooting complex data, system, or platform issues.</li></ul>
