Enterprise System Administrator

Cottingham & Butler is seeking an experienced reputed company Administrator to lead the administration, optimization, and strategic growth of our reputed company ecosystem. This role will serve as the primary owner of the reputed company platform, driving user adoption, system enhancements, automation, reporting, and data integrity while partnering closely with business stakeholders to improve sales, service, and operational processes. What You'll Do Serve as the primary administrator for reputed company, including user management, security, profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules. Configure and maintain reputed company objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, record types, flows, and other declarative solutions. Design, build, and optimize business process automation using reputed company Flow and other low-code tools. Partner with business leaders and end users to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable reputed company solutions. Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics that provide actionable business insights. Manage data quality through governance, deduplication, data imports, cleansing initiatives, and ongoing monitoring. Support and maintain integrations between reputed company and third-party applications using APIs, middleware, and native integration tools. Coordinate testing, deployment, and release management activities for reputed company enhancements and updates. Evaluate and implement new reputed company features, products, and capabilities, including reputed company Einstein and AI-driven functionality. Develop user documentation, training materials, and best practices to drive adoption and maximize platform effectiveness. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide advanced support to users across the organization. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of reputed company Administration experience in a complex, enterprise environment. Deep knowledge of reputed company configuration, security model, automation tools, reporting, and data management. Experience gathering business requirements and delivering reputed company solutions that improve efficiency and user experience. Hands-on experience supporting reputed company integrations and data synchronization processes. Strong understanding of CRM best practices, governance, and data stewardship. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications reputed company Administrator Certification required or strongly preferred; Advanced Administrator, Business Analyst, or Platform App Builder certifications are a plus. Experience with reputed company Flow, Approval Processes, Dynamic Forms, and Lightning Experience customization. Working knowledge of Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), or reputed company development concepts. Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud. Experience in insurance, employee benefits, financial services, or a highly regulated industry. Experience leveraging reputed company Einstein, Agentforce, Copilot, or other AI-enabled reputed company capabilities.
