Each trip is sold through a structured 5-day live launch campaign run directly inside a WhatsApp community — <strong>and you are the person who makes that campaign work.</strong></span></p><p><span>As an Epic Sales Representative, you will own the most critical window of every trip launch: warming up a community of interested travelers, building genuine connections, and converting that energy into bookings. This is not a customer support role. It is a high-energy, people-first sales role where your communication skills, creativity, and ability to connect with strangers are your most valuable assets.</span></p><p><strong id="docs-internal-guid-83dce909-7fff-098a-b516-648b46d1bb96"><br></strong></p><h4><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-83dce909-7fff-098a-b516-648b46d1bb96">What you'll do</strong></span></h4><ul><li><p><span>Manage WhatsApp communities of 50–1,000+ potential travelers during live 5-day launch campaigns, keeping energy high and conversations active.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Reply personally to every new member who introduces themselves — making them feel genuinely seen, welcomed, and excited about the trip.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Execute a structured daily launch sequence (content posts, Q&A, social proof moments, booking announcements, urgency messaging) across multiple simultaneous campaigns.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Spark real conversations between community members, turning a group of strangers into a community that wants to travel together.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Answer traveler questions about pricing, inclusions, destinations, and logistics accurately and promptly.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Announce new bookings in real time to create momentum and social proof.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Keep the trip's sales team informed of group sentiment, key questions, and signals worth acting on.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage group settings, names, and moderation to maintain a professional, high-trust environment throughout the launch.</span></p></li></ul><p></p><h4><span><strong id="docs-internal-guid-83dce909-7fff-098a-b516-648b46d1bb96">Requirements</strong></span></h4><ul><li><p><span>Outstanding written communication in English — warm, fast, energetic, and human.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Genuine enjoyment of connecting with people; you're naturally curious about strangers and make them feel welcome.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to juggle multiple fast-moving campaigns simultaneously without dropping the ball on quality.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Highly organised and self-directed — you follow a daily schedule precisely and don't need to be chased.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Background in community management, social media, customer engagement, hospitality, or sales preferred.</span></p></li><li><p><span>Comfortable working Sunday through Thursday during active launch weeks.</span></p></li></ul>
