• Conduct keyword research to identify trending search terms and incorporate them strategically into listings for improved visibility.
• Monitor shop performance metrics regularly and adjust listings accordingly to boost sales and customer engagement.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, reviews, and messages to ensure excellent customer service experiences.
• Coordinate with the creative team to ensure product images meet quality standards and align with branding guidelines.
• Stay updated on Etsy policies, marketplace trends, and Fair Housing regulations (if applicable) to ensure compliance across all listings.
• Implement marketing strategies such as promotional campaigns or seasonal updates to attract new customers and retain existing ones.

Experience

• Proven experience in e-commerce management, digital marketing, or related administrative roles with a focus on online marketplaces like Etsy.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple listings efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable for engaging diverse customer bases.
• Familiarity with negotiation techniques, sales strategies, and customer service best practices.
• Knowledge of real estate law or property management is a plus but not required; however, understanding of compliance standards is essential.
• Previous experience with administrative tasks such as data entry, inventory management, or content creation is preferred.
