<h3>Position Summary:</h3> Lead II, Experiential Learning Placements supports Specialist III and IV collaborators by providing guidance, oversight, and mentorship to ensure high-quality site onboarding, year-round outreach, and compliance with placement processes. This role ensures consistency, accuracy, and professional communication without performing the day-to-day workload of the specialists. <h3>Role and Responsibilities:</h3> <ul> <li>Mentor and provide guidance to Specialist III and IV collaborators to maintain adherence to SOPs and best practices.</li> <li>Review complex site or learner communications for accuracy and escalate deviations to management.</li> <li>Support onboarding and training of new Specialists III and IV.</li> <li>Monitor KPIs and team metrics, providing insights and recommendations to management.</li> <li>Assist with problem-solving and resolution for escalated site or learner issues.</li> <li>Collaborate with Specialists III and IV to identify process improvements and optimize workflows.</li> <li>Participate in cross-functional projects and meetings to support team alignment.</li> <li>Ensure consistent and accurate use of CRMs, portals, and placement tools across the team.</li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications and Education Requirements:</h3> <ul> <li>Proven proficiency in Specialist III or IV role for at least one year.</li> <li>Strong leadership, mentorship, and communication skills.</li> <li>Familiarity with complex site onboarding, portals, and outreach processes.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree preferred.</li> </ul><div class="content-pay-transparency"><div class="pay-input"><div class="title">Budgeted Hiring Range</div><div class="pay-range">$33.89—$36.88 USD</div></div></div><div class="content-conclusion">All new hires are required to attend New Collaborator Orientation (NCO) in Salt Lake City, Utah.
