The FTO is responsible for ensuring training is planned, executed, documented, and aligned with <strong>Army standards</strong> and contract requirements. The FTO does <strong>not</strong> have to be located on-site but must be reliably available during core hours to coordinate training topics and issues with the <strong>COR</strong>.</span></p> <br> <p><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size:10pt;"><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size:10pt;">Serve as the primary training lead for the contract; coordinate all training requirements, schedules, and deliverables.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size:10pt;">Develop and deliver instruction aligned to <strong>Army standards</strong> and contract-required performance tasks.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size:10pt;">Coordinate with the COR during core hours regarding training plans, issues, gaps, corrective actions, and documentation.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size:10pt;">Ensure personnel complete required initial and recurring training (e.g., authority/jurisdiction, use of force, reporting standards, CPR/First Aid coordination, and other contract-mandated requirements as applicable).</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size:10pt;">Validate and maintain training documentation, credentials, and records so they are audit-ready and compliant.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size:10pt;">Support remedial training and performance improvement when deficiencies are identified.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size:10pt;">Collaborate with the Project Manager and site supervisors to ensure training is reinforced operationally.</span></li> </ul> <br> <p><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size:10pt;"><strong>Required Experience:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size:10pt;"><strong>Minimum 6 years</strong> of <strong>Law Enforcement or Military service</strong> experience.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size:10pt;">Must be fully qualified to teach/train all tasks required under the contract.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size:10pt;">A National Agency Check with inquiries (NACI) is required</span></li> </ul> <br> <p><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size:10pt;"><strong>Instructor Credentials / COR Approval Requirement</strong></span></p> <ul> <li><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size:10pt;"><strong>Proof of instructor credentials and certifications is required</strong> and must be submitted <strong>with a resume and designation letter</strong> to the COR for review and approval <strong>prior to assignment of duties</strong>.</span></li> </ul> <br> <p><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size:10pt;"><strong>Role Expectations: </strong></span><span style="font-family:helvetica, arial, sans-serif;font-size:10pt;">This role is for a disciplined trainer who can hold standards, document training properly, and close gaps fast.
