About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and analytical Financial Business Partner (Finance BP) to join our growing finance team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to provide financial insights, support operational decision-making, and drive business performance. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and capable of partnering across functions in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closing processes, ensuring financial information is accurate, timely, and compliant.
- Perform financial reconciliations and maintain high-quality financial records and reporting.
- Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial analyses, while monitoring business performance against key financial and operational metrics.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to support strategic and operational decision-making.
- Partner closely with business teams to review and optimize business processes, integrating financial controls into daily operations and improving overall business efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Operations, Supply Chain, Tax, and Legal, to support financial initiatives, system implementations, and special projects.
- Manage tax compliance, financial risk management, and support internal/external audits and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Audit, or Financial Business Partner (Finance BP) roles.
- Experience in retail, multi-unit operations, consumer products, or FMCG is highly preferred.
- Solid understanding of financial accounting, budgeting, financial planning & analysis (FP&A), and cost management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with ERP systems (such as Oracle) is preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
