Candidates selected for this role will undergo an initial training period in Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas, which includes both paid and unpaid portions. Successful completion of training leads to placement in one of several crew bases across major cities including Chicago, Dallas/Fort Worth, Miami, and Phoenix. Flight Attendants must be flexible with working shifts, which may include days, nights, weekends, holidays, and sequences of consecutive overnight trips. The airline emphasizes professionalism in appearance and behavior, requiring compliance with uniform standards and restrictions regarding visible tattoos, body piercings, and hair colors or styles. This role is ideal for individuals with at least one year of customer service or hospitality experience and those capable of working in a dynamic and frequently changing environment. The responsibilities encompass passenger interaction, safety enforcement, and emergency preparedness, requiring physical abilities such as pushing, pulling, and lifting equipment onboard the aircraft. Envoy Air also requires valid identification, legal authorization to work in the United States, and the ability to pass comprehensive security and background checks in line with federal regulations, including those related to drug and alcohol use.   • Crew bases are awarded in order of seniority and dependent upon operational needs
  • Wages are governed by the contract agreed upon between Envoy and the Association of Flight Attendants (AFA)
  • Must fulfill FAA criminal background checks to qualify for unescorted access privileges to airport security identification display areas (SIDA), if applicable
  • Must be able to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges, in addition to clearing other airport related requirements, if applicable
  • Federal law requires Envoy to determine an applicant's history of Department of Transportation (DOT) drug and/or alcohol violation(s) or refusal(s) to test before hiring him/her into a safety-sensitive position
