Founder Brand & Social Media Manager(Crypto)

This is not a typical social media role.We’re not looking for someone who “does content.”We’re looking for someone who really gets crypto - and knows how to capture moments, shape narratives and translate real-world conversations into high-signal content for a crypto-native audience.You’ll work directly with our CEO & Co-founders, shaping how we show up in the crypto space - especially among institutional players. If you don’t already understand what people on Crypto argue about, this role will be painful. If you do - this might be one of the most interesting seats in the industry.<hr>WHAT YOU WILL DOFounder branding (core focus)<ul><li>Manage and grow the founder’s presence across X, LinkedIn and emerging formats</li><li>Capture short-form video, photos and notes during events, meetings and travel</li><li>Turn live conversations, panels, and market views into timely social content</li><li>Help define and maintain content pillars aligned with the founder’s thinking</li><li>Draft posts, threads and talking points in the founder’s voice</li><li>Actively shadow the founder at conferences, meetups and industry events</li></ul>Social & content support<ul><li>Support company social channels where relevant</li><li>Coordinate basic content scheduling and publishing</li><li>Track what’s performing, what’s not and adjust quickly</li><li>Stay plugged into crypto X, LinkedIn discourse and market narratives</li><li>Contribute beyond the core role based on your strengths and interests</li></ul><hr>WHAT WE EXPECTMust-haves (non-negotiable)<ul><li>Crypto-native, or deeply familiar with crypto culture and language (CeFi, stablecoins, market structure, trading, infra - retail or B2B is fine)</li><li>Experience supporting an executive, founder or public-facing individual</li><li>Extremely comfortable on social media, especially X and LinkedIn</li><li>Able to capture quick, clean video on a phone (events, walk-and-talks, short clips)</li><li>Tech-savvy and fast, you pick up tools and workflows quickly</li><li>Strong written English, with the ability to adapt tone and voice</li><li>Curious about markets, opinions and why things matter</li></ul>Nice-to-haves<ul><li>Basic video editing (CapCut, Final Cut, Premiere, etc.)</li><li>Understanding of market making, trading or institutional crypto (not required, but a plus)</li><li>Comfortable working in fast-moving environments</li></ul><hr>WHAT THIS ROLE IS (AND ISN'T)This role is:<ul><li>Hands-on</li><li>Fast-paced</li><li>Close to decision-making and real conversations</li><li>High exposure to the crypto industry</li></ul>This role is not:<ul><li>A purely scheduled-posts social media job</li><li>A meme-only or hype role</li><li>A 9-5 desk-only position</li></ul><hr>WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOUYou’ll work at one of the world’s leading crypto market making companies side-by-side with it's founders, close to real market conversations, decisions, and deals - not just content.
