<p>JOB DESCRIPTION</p><p>TITLE: Manager, Professional Services - Prof Services<br>LOCATION: South Africa<br>EXPERIENCE: 4-8 years<br>HIRING TYPE: Righthire</p><p>ROLE OVERVIEW<br>We are seeking a 4-8 years experienced Consulting professional to join our Treasury and Risk - Treasury practice.</p><p>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES<br>- Lead client engagements from discovery through delivery<br>- Lead teams delivering consulting and implementation services to clients, maintain strong relationships, and<br>ensuring high-quality, tailored solutions that address business needs<br>-Manage project resources, oversees deliverable quality, and mentors consulting staff.<br>-Facilitates business development, supports client proposals, and fosters collaborations both within and outside the organization.<br>DOMAIN KNOWLEDGE (REQUIRED)<br>Nice to have: Treasury / Cash Management domain knowledge</p><p>REQUIRED SKILLS<br>IT Project Management, SDLC (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid), Stakeholder Management, Project Planning & Scheduling, Risk & Issue Management (RAID), Cross-Functional Team Coordination</p><p>PREFERRED SKILLS<br>Cloud Exposure (AWS or Azure), DevOps & Release Management Awareness, Financial Services Experience, Vendor Management, PMP / CSM / SAFe Certification</p><p>CLASSIFICATION<br> SGO: Application Services | Band: D2</p> <br>At Zensar, we’re <i>“experience-led everything”</i>.
