Responsibilities

1. Lead a team of Indirect Material buyers to manage daily Global Sourcing Operations.
2. Engages with users and providing solutions to their issues

3. Ensuring compliance in operations
4. Be the first level escalations point of contact.
5. Perform data analysis and generate operations reports

Qualifications

1. Degree in Business Administration or Business Management with minimum 3 years of experience in relaed field.
2. Able to solve complex procurement systems issues and work with IT teams to find solutions.
3. Experince in conducting training to global users.
4. Able to utilizes customer satisfaction feedback to drive service improvement activity
