We understand the challenges of rapid expansion, and we know how to solve them.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>The Role:</strong></p><p style="min-height:1.5em">We’re looking for a sharp, results-driven Global Talent Sourcer to help us find and hire the people who make companies grow.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>Skills & Experience:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">2+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator, Sourcer, or Talent Acquisition Specialist</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Demonstrated ability to attract and engage high-quality candidates across corporate and/or technical roles</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong prioritization and organizational skills; able to manage multiple roles and deadlines in a fast-moving environment</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Exceptionally detail-oriented, with a track record of accurately tracking candidates and maintaining clean, up-to-date ATS data</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Clear, concise communicator with strong written and verbal skills</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What You'll Do:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates for engineering and corporate roles through proactive candidate identification and outreach across multiple channels.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Screening applicants for qualifications, technical fit (where applicable), and role alignment.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Utilize advanced Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools to identify passive candidates in competitive markets</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Coordinating interviews and managing scheduling to ensure smooth communication between candidates and hiring teams.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner with TA team to understand role requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and develop targeted sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain data integrity and ensure smooth pipeline management.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Stay informed about industry trends, emerging talent pools, and innovative sourcing techniques</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><strong>What we offer:</strong></p><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Work with inspiring global clients and diverse industries - every project expands your horizon.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Supportive and approachable leadership that empowers your growth and values your voice.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">A culture of trust, learning, and collaboration, where your ideas truly matter.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Competitive compensation with transparent career growth opportunities.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"><br><br></p>
