Responsibilities

  • Perform outlet visits and mentor to Senior Baristas.

  • Inventory management, ordering supplies and minimizing waste.

  • Manage the Group Beverage Team and oversee usage and breakdown of beverage equipment.

  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and productive work environment.

  • Involvement in the R&D to develop new beverages/menu.

  • Identify current market trends and opportunities for new product development

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations, with multi-outlet management exposure

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

  • Willing to travel between outlets including work on shifts, weekends and public holidays

  • Act as liaison between outlets and all departments in HQ.

  • Working location: JB / Klang Valley
