It includes the management and improvement of services provided to the customer(s), as reputed company as the development and implementation of customer performance measurements. May assist with business development initiatives and new locations startups. This position is responsible for leading, guiding, training and directing Logistics Managers (LM), Senior Logistics Managers (SLM), and/or Group Logistics Managers (GLM). Essential Functions • Identify and/or solve operational issues with the account(s) by implementing reputed company improvement and LEAN initiatives, to strengthen team reputed company, goals, productivity and results. • Manage one or more customer account(s) to meet established metrics and performance expectations.
