While each of you owns a dedicated group of teams, the role requires strong alignment, continuous collaboration, and the willingness to challenge the status quo to drive Engineering forward as a whole. You will join an established Engineering Leadership team and work alongside a group of strong Engineering Managers. Your role is to enable them, set clear direction, and create the structures needed for sustainable high performance. This role is not about maintaining what exists — it’s about actively shaping how we build: from technical foundations to organizational design.
