About House Digest

At House Digest

, you’ll be helping readers live better at home. Our content spans the practical, creative, and inspiring sides of homeownership—from renovation trends and interior design to thrifting tips and DIY decor.

As a writer, you’ll tap into your experience (and build on it) to create engaging, useful pieces that answer the kinds of questions people actually have—like choosing the right paint color, finding plants that fit their space, or recreating a standout backyard setup inspired by shows like HGTV

We’re looking for writers who enjoy making home and garden topics approachable, clear, and genuinely helpful. While we sometimes draw inspiration from celebrity homes or TV, your focus will always stay on the spaces and the projects themselves—not personal lives or gossip.
