Illinois Licensed Online Notary

To virtually close Home Equity loans for the state of Illinois, the full-time Illinois Licensed Online Notary will manage customer interactions, process necessary documentation, and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Process and prepare paperwork for Home Equity loan closings, ensuring compliance with all regulations
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to gather necessary documents and provide loan status updates
• Assemble final loan packages, calculate loan settlement statements, and coordinate the closing to funding process

Required qualifications

• Must reside in Illinois and hold an Illinois Licensed Online Notary certification
• Up to two years of relevant experience in Home Equity loans and closing procedures preferred
• Familiarity with loan origination systems such as Net Oxygen and/or BLEND is advantageous
• Strong organizational skills and knowledge of applicable credit policies and approval processes
• Ability to navigate complex documentation needs and work with legal teams as necessary
