We enable hard-working and ambitious talent to work remotely from their home countries, while gaining exposure into how the world’s top companies operate.</p><p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE</strong></p><p>We’re looking for a rockstar Influencer Manager to work with an exciting influencer talent agency. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role. You will focus on managing talent relationships, meeting client expectations, and responding to inbound messages and opportunities in a professional manner. Your job is to make the engine run smoothly and reliably. </p><p><strong>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><strong>Creator Sourcing & Outreach</strong><ul><li>Identify and source creators aligned with the brand's identity and audience</li><li>Conduct outbound outreach for gifted, affiliate, and paid partnerships</li><li>Build and maintain a strong, organized creator pipeline</li></ul><strong>Campaign & Relationship Management</strong><ul><li>Manage day-to-day communication with creators</li><li>Coordinate briefs, timelines, deliverables, and approvals</li><li>Ensure content is delivered on time and meets expectations</li><li>Build long-term relationships with high-performing creators</li></ul><strong>Program Execution</strong><ul><li>Support gifting, seeding, and ambassador-style programs</li><li>Track creator participation, content delivery, and usage rights</li><li>Maintain creator databases, trackers, and campaign documentation</li></ul><strong>Performance Tracking & Support</strong><ul><li>Track basic performance metrics such as engagement and content usage</li><li>Share summaries and learnings with the Brand team</li><li>Help identify creators to deepen, scale, or pause partnerships with</li></ul><strong>Cross-Functional Coordination</strong><ul><li>Partner closely with Brand, Social, and Growth teams</li><li>Support launches and campaigns by aligning creator timelines with broader plans</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field</li><li>3–5+ years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing, partnerships, or creator management (eCommerce or consumer brand experience preferred)</li><li>Strong understanding of TikTok Shop, Amazon Creator programs, and social commerce trends</li><li>Skilled in outreach, contract management, and relationship management with creators</li><li>Proficient in influencer management or affiliate tools (e.g., GRIN, Aspire, Collabstr, Shopify Collabs)</li><li>Analytical mindset with experience tracking performance data (CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.)</li><li><strong>Ability to work in US time zone, Monday to Friday (8 hours per day) - likely in US Pacific Time</strong></li><li>Previous experience working the overnight/graveyard shift</li></ul><p><strong>BENEFITS</strong></p><ul><li>Competitive pay, always in US dollars</li><li>Work remotely from the comfort of your home</li><li>Health & wellness benefit</li><li>Paid holidays and time off</li><li>Performance and referral bonuses</li><li>Global exposure to the world’s best companies</li></ul>
