Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles and Microsoft Excel
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willing to learn and adapt in a clinical environment
- Liase with supplier/customer, government/statutory bodies, banker, etc
- Handle daily accounting entries including invoices, receipts, and payments
- Assist in managing accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and support monthly closing activities
- Monitor company expenses and petty cash records
- Assist in payroll processing and staff claims (if required)
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records
- Support audit and compliance requirements
- Assist with general administrative and ad-hoc tasks
- Experience or internship in clinic / healthcare / SME environment
- Familiar with accounting software (e.g. SQL software)
- Supportive and positive working environment
