This role is designed for a leader who is comfortable and experienced in building processes, scorecards, and workflows from scratch.The ideal candidate functions like a Strong Project Manager: someone who can organize complex work, align all moving parts of their cluster, and drive independent execution. You aren't just a middleman; you are the driver of the initiative. What you’ll be doing:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Pioneering & Process Architecture: Take ownership of setting things up. You will build operational processes, scorecards, and workflows from the ground up for pioneering campaigns, new projects and existing accounts.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Independent Project Leadership: Align all moving parts of your cluster. Like a Project Manager, you are responsible for making sure things actually get done, driving accountability across diverse teams.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Strategic Partnership Management: Manage partner relationships in a meaningful way. You will actively collaborate with partners to move initiatives forward, contributing to strategy and making independent decisions that impact the business.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Progressive Coaching & Culture: Lead with trust. You will manage employee issues through progressive coaching and development, rather than a "policing" approach.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Critical Decision Making: Move beyond "relaying information." You are expected to think critically, analyze data for trends, and provide insights that improve operational efficiency and the team member experience.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Growth & Impact: Operate with a growth mindset. You will ensure every action taken has a positive business impact and aligns with our trajectory as a growing company.</li></ul> Qualifications and Requirements:<ul><li style="list-style-type:disc;">The "Builder" Skillset: Proven experience in a "pioneering" environment where you had to structure processes and execution plans from scratch.</li><li style="list-style-type:disc;">Ownership Mentality: A track record of taking full ownership of outcomes.
