About the Role We are looking for a passionate and creative Junior UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will support the end-to-end design process, from user research and ideation to high-fidelity prototyping and developer handoff. Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Design Support<ul><li>Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes for product features and improvements.</li><li>Design user interface components while maintaining consistency across product touchpoints and the design system.</li><li>Utilize modern design tools and AI-assisted design platforms to enhance productivity and ideation.</li><li>Create and organize design assets for development teams, ensuring accuracy and proper documentation.</li></ul></li><li>Research and User Testing<ul><li>Support and participate in user research activities (surveys, interviews, usability testing etc.).</li><li>Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture.</li><li>Analyze user feedback and propose design improvements based on insights.</li><li>Conduct competitor analysis and monitor industry design trends.</li></ul></li><li>Collaboration and Communication<ul><li>Work closely with developers to ensure designs are feasible and align with technical specifications.</li><li>Participate in team discussions, brainstorming, and sprint sessions, contributing creative ideas and design solutions.</li><li>Present design concepts to the team and stakeholders, incorporating feedback as necessary.</li><li>Communicate design ideas and rationale clearly to cross-functional teams.</li></ul></li><li>Documentation and Design Handoff<ul><li>Prepare design specifications and maintain clear, organized documentation for development teams.</li><li>Ensure a smooth handoff of design files to developers and key members for accurate implementation.</li><li>Utilize design systems and AI-supported tools to streamline documentation and maintain consistency.</li><li>Update design documentation as necessary to reflect changes during development.</li></ul></li><li>Continuous Learning and Professional Development<ul><li>Stay updated on UI/UX design trends, tools, and best practices.</li><li>Explore and adopt AI-driven design tools and workflows that improve efficiency and creativity.</li><li>Continuously develop skills through feedback, mentorship, and training.</li><li>Proactively seek opportunities to grow and contribute to team projects.</li></ul></li><li>Adherence to Team Culture and Values<ul><li>Actively participate in team meetings, design critiques, and collaborative efforts.</li><li>Foster a positive, inclusive, and solution-oriented work environment.</li><li>Maintain professionalism and contribute to achieving team goals.</li></ul></li><li>Other Responsibilities<ul><li>Perform other related duties or ad hoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time.</li></ul></li></ul> What We’re Looking For Education & Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.</li><li>1-2 years of experience in UI/UX design (internships and academic projects count).</li></ul>UX Design Skills:<ul><li>Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, methodologies, and best practices.</li><li>Ability to create wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.</li><li>Knowledge of user research methods, usability testing, and gathering actionable insights.</li><li>Ability to translate user needs and solve complex problems into intuitive and engaging experiences.</li></ul>Technical Skills<ul><li>Design Tools: Proficiency with industry-standard design tools like Figma (Preferred) and similar platforms.</li><li>Documentation & Handoff: Ability to create clear design specifications and handoff documentation for developers and team members.</li><li>Design Systems (Plus) : Understanding of how to work with and contribute to a design system to ensure product consistency is a plus, but not required.</li><li>Basic Front-End Knowledge (Optional) : Familiarity with the capabilities and constraints of HTML/CSS is a plus, but not required.</li></ul>Soft Skills & Professional Traits<ul><li>Strong communication skills for presenting design ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams.</li><li>Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.</li><li>Openness to feedback and iterative design improvements.</li><li>Time management skills and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.</li></ul> What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive compensation and full remote flexibility</li><li>International collaboration with diverse teams</li><li>Professional autonomy and growth opportunities</li><li>Marketing industry exposure and professional development support</li></ul>Ready to Apply?
