Position Overview

We are seeking a talented Roblox creator who can act as a movie director, cinematic camera operator, and production team lead for Roblox-based videos and animated scenes.

You will oversee scene execution, coordinate actors/voice talent, direct movement and emotions, and capture cinematic footage for storytelling content.

Responsibilities

  • Direct Roblox cinematic scenes and storytelling sequences
  • Operate in-game camera systems for professional, cinematic shots
  • Coordinate and lead small production teams inside Roblox
  • Guide Roblox actors and scene participants during filming
  • Help plan scenes, timing, and visual storytelling
  • Work with editors and voice actors to bring projects together
  • Ensure scenes are engaging, polished, and completed on time
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve storytelling and audience engagement

Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Roblox Studio and Roblox gameplay systems
  • Experience creating or filming Roblox cinematic content
  • Understanding of camera angles, movement, pacing, and storytelling
  • Leadership skills and ability to manage small teams
  • Strong communication and organization skills
  • Reliable internet and computer setup

Preferred:

  • Experience directing Roblox machinima or cinematic videos
  • Experience with Roblox animation tools
  • Basic understanding of video editing workflows
  • Passion for storytelling, gaming, or faith-based content
