Madison Mortgage is a boutique, family-owned mortgage brokerage licensed in 45+ states and a top UWM partner. We're looking for a sharp, bilingual Loan Officer Assistant to partner directly with one of our highest-volume producers and leaders. This isn't a "wait for instructions" role. It's for a proven pro who anticipates what's next, keeps deals moving, and thrives when the pipeline is full and the phone won't stop.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the right hand to a top-producing Loan Officer, managing a high-volume pipeline from application to closing
• Communicate with Spanish- and English-speaking borrowers, keeping them informed, confident, and moving forward
• Coordinate daily with processing, underwriting, title, and operations to clear conditions and hit deadlines
• Proactively spot issues before they become problems and solve them independently
• Strategize creative solutions for complex files without needing step-by-step supervision
• Keep the pipeline organized, updated, and running smoothly so your LO can focus on production

What You Bring

• Fluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal), required
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an LOA supporting high-producing Loan Officers
• Deep knowledge of the full loan lifecycle IN THE BROKER CHANNEL, from application and disclosures to conditions and closing
• A fast-paced, high-energy work style, and you genuinely enjoy it
• Outstanding communication skills with borrowers, LOs, and operations teams
• Out-of-the-box thinking and the confidence to strategize and execute unsupervised
• Flexibility to work after hours when deals require it
• NY MLO license preferred, but not required

Schedule In office Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM in Garden City, NY

Available via text evenings and weekends as needed. In this business, deals don't stop at 6, and neither do great LOAs.
