Charming Lakes Rehabilitation is seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Assistant to help keep our facility and grounds safe, functional, and welcoming. This role is essential in maintaining a comfortable environment for our residents, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance and repair tasks, including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and flooring.
- Safely operate hand and power tools with accuracy and care.
- Conduct routine inspections and address minor repairs promptly.
- Assist with groundskeeping, seasonal tasks, and general facility maintenance.
- Help ensure the facility remains safe, clean, functional, and compliant with applicable standards.
- Proficiency with basic hand and power tools.
- Hands-on experience with carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, and flooring.
- Ability to assist with groundskeeping and seasonal upkeep.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality.
