This role sits within Supplier Management & Delivery and supports the Hotel Solutions agenda by enabling stronger revenue performance across teams, regions, and client segments. Its purpose is not to directly own client execution or commercial delivery, but to ensure that the organization has the capabilities, guidance, and support required to execute hotel revenue strategy effectively at scale. This role combines strategic alignment, operational enablement, data-driven insight activation, and continuous improvement. It ensures that the data-driven tactics and proven approaches that drive hotel revenue are translated into clear and repeatable actions for teams. This role identifies, structures, and enables revenue opportunities, but does not directly own client account execution or commercial delivery. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Manager, Hotel Revenue Growth & Enablement is between $86,000 and $95,000.
