The role directly reports to our Vice President of Enterprise Growth Marketing and will play a critical role in AAPC’s enterprise business strategy & marketing leadership. We are seeking a highly motivated leader who will develop and execute the marketing plans and campaign strategies to achieve AAPC’s strategic growth initiatives in the enterprise space. This leader’s mission will be to partner with other B2B leaders within the organization to ensure close alignment of marketing plans to our increasingly complex enterprise growth needs.</span></span></span><br><br><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif;">This influential leader collaborates with our creative team to ensure compelling, timely and impactful campaign content is developed, delivered at the right time in the customer journey. This person will also work with our Director of Enterprise Marketing to ensure tracking, measurement and ROI of marketing investment is continually improved.</span></span></span><br><br><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif;">Our Marketing Strategy Manager will design and deliver strategic marketing campaigns based on qualitative and quantitative market research, existing campaign data, and competitive intelligence. This highly strategic role will leverage data and technology across various platforms to drive insights and enterprise sales growth. The best candidates will have a history of success in B2B, healthcare, tradeshow exhibiting, and digital marketing.</span></span></span><br><br><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif;"><u>Responsibilities:</u></span></span></span><br><br> </p><ul><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif;">Generate omni-channel campaigns (email, social, digital, etc.) to drive new leads, pipeline, and customers across B2B solutions and services.  </span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif;">Develop and execute strategies for expanding existing clients’ adoption of new products and services to, by creating value propositions, product briefs and sales support materials for our products, solutions and services based on target customers and user personas. </span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif;">Work closely with Sales teams to develop comprehensive communication strategies to maximize client engagement and adoption and utilization of existing products and services.</span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif;">Support the Sales team with appropriate messaging, positioning and sales tools including white papers, keynotes, sales sequences, and web pages.</span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif;">Maintain ongoing product feedback loop by collecting and analyzing customer feedback, reviewing usage analytics and using the data to inform our product strategy and roadmap.</span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif;">Identify speaking and presentation opportunities at tradeshows and work with the Events and Product teams in establishing a strong and effective presence.</span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif;">Leverage market and competitive data to identify new market opportunities.</span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif;">Translate data into effective market and intelligence reports and dashboards to measure success of B2B campaigns, optimize key initiatives, and identify gaps in marketing funnel.</span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif;">Stay current with industry best practices and suggest innovative solutions for intelligence gathering and processing. </span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif;">Manage logistics for annual healthcare tradeshows to help build the AAPC brand and drive new pipeline.  </span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif;">Mine and manage customer data to drive enterprise sales growth.</span></span></span></li></ul><br><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif;">Qualifications</span></span></span><ul><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif;">High degree of professional and personal integrity.</span></span></span></li><li style="margin-left:8px;"><span style="font-size:12pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family:Arial, sans-serif;">5 -
